What is your turnaround time?

​

Every stocked item is shipped within 1-3 days of purchase; made to order items such as our Chunky blankets are shipped within 5-7 days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. We ship with USPS and your package should be delivered between 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for the items once they were dropped off.

Is Free Shipping available?

​

We offer free shipping on orders of $400 USD or more. From time to time, we run free shipping sales. To learn when that happens, follow our Instagram @CharlotteTheSheep and keep up with your Stories and posts!

Why do I have to pay to pick up my package?

​

If you ordered outside the US,  some countries will require you to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. We are not responsible for that and cannot declare your item as a gift, as that is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.

Can I change my address?

​

If you haven't received your shipment confirmation e-mail yet, you may request a change of address or name, as long as the country remains the same, since our shop charges different shipping costs to domestic and international addresses; In case you need to change the country, a full refund will be processed and you may place a new order.

​

What are the care instructions for your knits?

​

Beanies, Bows, Pacifier clips and Teething rings should be spot treated, hand washed only, due to its handmade poms that will fall apart in a washing machine, and pacifier clips might damage other items in the washing process. As for Blankets & Scarves, hand washing is recommended, but it can be washed in gentle cycle and dry on warm mode.

Refunds/Exchange

​

Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and will be processed once the items are delivered back to us. If you request after the 30 day trial period, a 50% refund will be given only. Refunds will not be given after 60 days of the purchase date. No shipping costs will be refunded and the customer is in charge of all return shipping fees. Please note that if the items are damaged in the return shipping process due to being shipped in a box too small for the item, or improperly packaged, a refund will not be given.
